My first thought was along those lines, but I was thinking of the first letter of the last name due to the curious spelling of "fox". But I doubt Bill Clinton uses it all the time (e.g. when calling a family member). And "big" doesn't really fit for the first letter either. That would work better in German or Norwegian where capital letters are called big letters.
