I'm thinking the sister killed both the husband and the lady and so the lady is a ghost...or maybe the sister is already dead. Or maybe the husband was the lady's hermaphrodite sibling and committed suicide.

A guy walks in to a bar, orders a glass of water (whispers words).
The bartender screams "BOO!" at him.
The guy says thanx and walks out the door, satisfied.
What happened? or What were the whispered words?

Riddle: What am I?
I have a broad blade and a handle of wood.

The things I create are made out of air,

Answer: A shovel
main clue: "the things I create are made out of air" = holes that are dug by a shovel
