Outage - Maintenance Phase 2 [completed]

A scheduled outage took place today at approx. 6:00 (GMT/UTC).

This was far larger in scope (server maintenance, specifically database) than last week, and again, took longer than expected.

As a result, server timeouts will be suspended for 24 hours.
