P is short for "piano" meaning quiet in musical notation.

ING is an anagram of gin, ie a gin cocktail.

It's not that hard.

Stirred would have implied an anagram but so did cocktail.

Crash, wreck, mix, concoction, trouble all may (or may not) imply an anagram.
