No, wouldn't have got CID as police -- in fact just now I had to look up ICAC, which I remember from some Louis Koo movies set in Hong Kong a few years ago.

There have been times in this thread when I didn't want to solve the puzzle, because I couldn't think of a good one to do next. But as they used to say on Original Iron Chef: "I'll do my best!"
