I can't find any on the menu: http://www.thonhotels.no/restaurant_menu.asp?Restid=15&menuid=116&id=1107 . But maybe they have muffins for breakfast. By the way, I just found out that the hotel seems to have changed its name (and probably its owner) and is now called Thon Hotel Nordlys.
