When I was in New York last time, 9 years ago I think, I visited The 9/11 Memorial & Museum. It was a very touching experience. We were five friends there and all were silent and sad.

Oh I can imagine it was. I recall where I was when it happened. My husband rang me and by the time I returned home the TV was showing the second tower collapsing. It was terrifying. For a moment I honestly thought that the world was about to end.

I was at work at Volvo Cars, we worked in an open-plan office, and the girl behind me had the news on her computer screen with the view of both towers, one already hit and a plane approaching the second. It was unbelievable, such a tragedy for so many people. In the Memorial Museum time stood still.
