i was saddened to see russ' post imploring members to observe the TOS is what is top of the charts with 34 recs (which is the only hopeful thing about it).
it is shameful that a visitor to this incredible site will see this upon clicking the recommended posts button - that this great community can't seem to manage the simplest of human expectations - common courtesy towards each other.

We should all respect our fellow RHP debaters and refrain from ridiculing and degrading eachother. Destructive and abusive comments are fundamentally opposed to serious and constructive criticism.
We should all use our freedom of speech in a respectful and responsible way.
