Jessie Jackson was one of three unlikely’s I saw at BYU in the early 80’s…the other two being Eldridge Cleaver and the Doobie Brothers…

Jan Timman, one of the best. Rest in peace.

Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes

No sympathies from me, but the consequences seem to be rather intense for the MExican population.

Neil was a great singer/songwriter, and also, just as a human being.
He did something that I don't believe anyone else has ever done.

In the early 60's, he recorded a song that went #1 in the charts. Then, many years later,
Neil recorded the same song again, and it too, went to #1 in the charts.
The song was "Living Right Next Door to an Angel"

love it!

"On 28 February 1986, at 23:21 CET (22:21 UTC), Olof Palme, Prime Minister of Sweden, was fatally wounded by a single gunshot while walking home from a cinema with his wife Lisbeth Palme on the central Stockholm street Sveavägen. Lisbeth Palme was slightly wounded by a second shot. The couple did not have bodyguards with them." The murder is still a cold case, no perpetrator found.
Swedes in general believe that the legal process was insufficient. Olof Palme had many enemies, both nationally and internationally.
