Göran Zachrisson, a Swedish golf and sports journalist and television commentator from Stockholm has died at the age of 83. Zachrisson was known for his golfing skills and his distinct style of reporting.

Even those who didn't understand the game of golf appreciated listening to Göran, he made it so interesting.
    In addition:

"Sad to hear that one of Sweden’s most decorated sport journalists have passed. Göran Zachrisson was a trailblazer in golf commentary. His passion & knowledge brought many to the game. Thanks for all the years of entertainment! #RIP #media

Prince Andrew....I know he is still alive but I reckon the rest of his family wish he was gone.

That's a rare talent all by itself.

It is, and he made us curious and eager to understand the player as a person too, because Göran knew their history, and many of them personally.

Really shocked and sad to hear that Sean Lock has died.

'The comedian, best known for his role as team captain on Jimmy Carr’s panel shows 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Cats Does Countdown, has died following a battle with cancer, aged 58, his agent confirmed.'

This is very very sad news. Charlie was solid. The solid stone that held up the Rolling Stones.
I mean, most of us have always thought that Keith would be next after Brian.

We can expect more big 1960s/70s generational names to fall in the coming years. It's not a pleasant thought. But...it is life. And for all of us...it becomes final.

This made me feel very sad today, much more than many of the other celebrity deaths.
