@eladar saidYou can also buy a SAD light box, designed to help people feeling depressed during the winter months.
@lemondrop
If you get down during the winter you might want to try vitamin D.
My wife was on antidepressants but had to stop them when she got pregnant and has never gone back to them.
What she said really helped her was a combination of vitamin D and Rhodiola.
@lemondrop saidI'll give you a pass this time as you seem in a depressed state.
I renewed my sub already
I will support this site as long as I'm alive

@eladar saidYep, it has mixed reviews. Have one client who swears by it.

@gambrel saidProfessional help is often overrated. The best cure for depression is work. These experts only try to make money off depressed people. Your marriage is on the rocks, your kids are misbehaving, your boss fired you, you have financial difficulty, you have a drug problem? Keeping yourself busy is the solution.

Go find something to do. End of story.
@rajk999 saidWhat you know remains to be recognised by me. What you're talking about is enduring the issues, not working to move past them. I offer you a quote from a well known mental health practitioner.
I know. Psychiatrists love people like you.
@rajk999 saidThere is no shame in seeking professional help.
