    when I was a kid we had only a handful to choose from
    corn flakes
    wheaties
    shredded wheat
    puffed rice
    frosted flakes
    one or two more
    now it seems dozens
    my fav is life cereal
    what's yours?

    Do remember the puffs? No sugar in them and they didn't taste like much, one would have to add sugar and at that time we had the powdered milk....a powder mixed with water you do yourself to your own taste?

    I remember the puffed rice
    yes
    no taste and you had to add sugar
    no powdered milk though

    Large family and there came a point where there were so many of us we had to use the powdered milk no choice. I do however remember then they would deliver the milk door to door and you would leave money in a bottle and they would leave you the amount of milk that the money covered.

    I don't know if I would be considered in that bunch but close enough I guess, and we did have some different food you don't see today! I haven't seen any corn puffs we use to eat as kids if there is any around.
