So Biden is sending cluster bombs out of desperation because we have no other weapons to send them. Just imagine if someone decided to invade the USA because we are low on ammo. Maybe keep it a secret? Just saying.
And since we are out of money and we are borrowing to outspend Russia Biden is putting the American people into economic slavery in the form of a heavy debt burden.

Ukraine needs decent surface to surface missiles for taking out Russian naval ships and lots of decent fighter jets to at least dent Moscows air superiority.
