Never implied there was.
This is about evidence, not opinion of the partisan biased.

You said he had no evidence because you never heard any. I'm letting you know he finally will be able to do it, all he needs is one senator to side with him and he has 2 hours on the floor to do it and the news media will find it very hard to ignore without it being obvious.
😂😂 I cannot wait for the 6th.
Don’t let the door hit your ass on your way out on the 7th 😊

Pence knows he's caught between a rock and a hard place. He just wants one side to back off him and doesn't much care which side it is, as long as he's left a way out. I say he's tied his star to Trump's, let him go down with the ship, too.

As if trump had anything factual, he wouldn’t have already shown it.

Even the courts toss him and his lawyers out for not having anything resembling evidence.

All January the 6th is going to be is a protest in Washington with the basket-cases from the incel-community to the proud boys showing us all how stupid they are.
One or two objections will be discussed for a couple of hours and both houses will seal the election.
The Senate is not going to support the objections, for they know the House isn’t and then there’s nothing they can do. And they won’t want to be seen as morons.

It is already compiled here. He has evidence, but people like you are in denial of that. Most of the court cases were rejected on standing, not the merits of the case. That means no evidence was heard.

Like most leftists you are repeating myths that are mostly untrue. Try to prove most of the court cases were decided based on evidence. I dare you to try.

And then he gets a delay of two hours. Two hours discussion time where the houses meet separately, and then decide whether to accept the objection. In the end, both houses have to vote to accept any objections to the count. Trump does not get the floor to press his case. All this will do is result in a delay in the proceedings, as the House will not accept objections to the certified electoral vote counts.

How do you think this will help Trump?
Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) needs only one GOP senator to side with him to force a debate and vote on any objection. If he’s successful, it would be the third time Congress has had to debate an objection since 1887, according to the Congressional Research Service.

A debate will happen. That will make ignoring it very difficult. That is all I am claiming here. Evidence will be presented.

It’s a ritualised rubber stamping exercise because Congress is split down the middle.
The worry is that one day it won’t be split down the middle and I’m not sure if there is a mechanism in place to stop a completely partisan challenge succeeding at this point in the process.

A debate will happen. The odds that it will change opinions is very slim. Most of congress is corrupt anyway. We all know this will end with Biden in office on the 20th.

That is how corrupt government works.

So the campaigns' lawyers making about 10.000$ per day, brought forth cases in courts that were not appropriate? And that is a strong point? Really? If a specialist who got 10.000$ a day from me didn't know what to do in the first place I would not pay them.
That people throw millions at these lawyers (and their client) is a mystery to me.

There is no better example of corruption than the last four years in the White House and now he’s corrupting the election process with the aim of wringing a few more dollars out of his idiotic base and weakening the Republican Party to make it ready for either a takeover by him or replacement by an ultra right win Trump Party.
That’s what’s actually happening hear MB but I think you know that.
But I do hope the American electorate do something about this glaring weak spot in their democracy if they haven’t already got something in place.

Who claimed they were not appropriate?

When almost all courts will not hear any evidence that is appropriate? SCOTUS did not hear any evidence. Isn't that what you would expect in the DPRK?

The glaring weak spot in democracy is that evidence is rarely heard because court cases are dismissed on procedural grounds.

If there was no election fraud the evidence would be welcomed instead of suppressed so nobody can hear an honest debate on it. That will change in 4 days. 🙂

@Metal-Brain
You remind me of an old timey American song:

John Hardy was a desperate little man, he carried a pistol every day.......
