THIS article is titled

Effectiveness and adherence to closed face shields in the prevention of COVID-19 transmission: a non-inferiority randomized controlled trial in a middle-income setting (COVPROSHIELD)

You posted two different articles and I addressed BOTH of them.
You cited a completely different article in a feeble attempt to mislead people here.
You are an exposed liar. you are beyond contempt!

are you really stupid enough to equate a surgeons mask with one the public was required to wear?

Stop lying. You posted a completely different article that has nothing to do with what we were debating. You are a dishonest a hole.

I already posted this in my other thread on masks, second page. Try to pay attention.

This is where you posted the following:

https://www.cochranelibrary.com/central/doi/10.1002/central/CN-02159848/full

Go to that address and you will see this:

Face masks for the prevention of COVID-19-rationale and design of the randomised controlled trial DANMASK-19

So, you, Metal Brain, posted that article.

That is not the study I posted. It is this.

Go to this address, posted by you, Metal Brain, and you will see an article titled;

Effectiveness and adherence to closed face shields in the prevention of COVID-19 transmission: a non-inferiority randomized controlled trial in a middle-income setting (COVPROSHIELD)

Different authors, different titles, both posted by you, MB. These are the articles I responded to.

Maybe one of those days I’ll penetrate your reflexively spiteful and angry mindset and help you to see the mistakes you are so offensively and disrespectfully making.

In the post you are responding to I reference this artlcle:

Effectiveness and adherence to closed face shields in the prevention of COVID-19 transmission: a non-inferiority randomized controlled trial in a middle-income setting (COVPROSHIELD)

Compare that title to the ones in the posts above and you will see that you (MB) were the source of the article you are claiming is “completely different”.

Still puzzled by this, a link with no comment.

Do you think these should be adapted to humans? Are you aware of what these filters are for, and that if you were to drive with one your vehicle would be harmed to the extent it may even die?

Simply proving my point that a filter on car exhaust can make the exhaust less dangerous to the people in the room which you ridiculed.

You should get a job at Nissan.

Vehicle manufacturers have multi million dollar R&D departments trying to get their vehicles below ever more stringent emissions controls, some of these emissions controls actually make motor vehicles less efficient with lower MPGs, they all use resources which would otherwise be used elsewhere, the consumer ends up paying for this.

If on ...[text shortened]... ir blind unquestioning faith in their knowledge of the miracle powers of the worthless face nappies.
Remember this post Wajoma where you mocked the idea of filters on car exhaust?

Try putting a mask on your car exhaust.

We often see this with the mask evangelists, they attribute miracle powers to their holy rag.
Or how about this one?

It took some prodding but I knew ATY would respond, and the mocking stands, but the mocking has been powered up by him trying to revive his dead analogy.

As an analogy if anything your example is anti-mask in that if these 'masks' were to be mandated it would result in the death of many mask wearers (cars) after cutting the mask wearers performance by 80%.

Your analogy works in my favor in another way. A point which I've made a number of times, the childish reasoning of the mask evangelists unable to put concepts together, unable to process anything more than a few words and part sentences.

Wajoma: "The exhaust filter works."

I agree, there it's been said, you can cut and paste those 4 words until your fingers bleed from the 'CTRL' 'C' and 'CTRL' 'V' keys.

The exhaust filter works in certain specific situations, when handled and used in certain specific ways, given these criteria there are limitations to what the exhaust filter can achieve, and misuse of the filter will cause harm (in this case, harm to the wearer, in the case of the stupid rags, harm to others)

And so it is for the stupid face rags.

ATY thinks he can just cut and paste a link to an exhaust filter, tries to pass it off as a point, but gets his knuckles rapped by the ruler of reason.

"Ouch"
