- printing money
- giving generous welfare payments
- heavy taxes on the rich and distributing to the poor.

None of the above works. The only way is to increase productivity and employment. Education and training is a must.

You made some good suggestions. Educate them.
Gates wants to do it with birth control. He wants to reduce population to reduce poverty, not the other way around.
