How can someone who killed her three children and confessing to it, not be guilty, saying mental issues could be used for every crime after the fact, is that valid to avoid consquences for murder of children, or others like innocent victims just sitting on a bus or train?

Unless you are talking about white collar crime as well. Financial crimes are up, and those people are committing crimes and causing a lot of damage without any consequences. But there's room for them in prison.

Well, I agree that all who commit crimes should be.
So someone like Devon Archer who stole $80 million from Native Americans and was rotting in prison until he was pardoned by the president. He's walking around right now looking for his next grift.
But someone like the Menendez brothers? They killed their parents, which is illegal, but they weren't endangering anyone else but them. It was a waste of public resources to imprison them for life.

Those who are so cowardly that they believe the ludicrous lies of the far right, who are apparently so afraid of society that they are in fear of their lives from less than 1% of the population, deserve every single sleepless night they put themselves through.
As long as they use this fear to vote in all far right, liberty-destroying candidates. This is the only purpose of attempting to foment this bizarre fear throughout the population.
