My guess is that therer was a weapons cache in the hospital basement that was ignited by the PIJ rocket and caused a fire that did kill people, but the structure is clearly intact and was not hit by any weapon with a massive payload.

SH76 admitted to it being a guess, the first words were "My guess..." you on the other hand claim all kinds of special knowledge which is actually only your guessing. It's valid to detail your hypocrisy, you should take note and try to improve your game.
