There's still much to do, and the Iranians don't appear to have taken it that much further.

I know one thing, they have never tested a nuclear bomb and that is something Israel cannot lie about.

They were working on it - by your link, until 2003. And they have yet to produce a bomb since, that anyone knows of.
So what great epiphany has led you, Israel, or the United States to believe that Iran has the bomb?
If they test a nuclear bomb, then you can say they have the nuclear bomb. My opinion.
