@no1marauder saidIf the jury is filled with people like you who will convict without evidence, then yes, by all means, just run.
Should all accused child rapists get the same privilege i.e. to flee their trial after an indictment?
@no1marauder saidReaders should note that No2's copy and paste statement, is proof that a physical exam showed no actual abuse.
"Although physical examination is important, the diagnosis of child sexual abuse is generally based on the affected child’s statements, which should be obtained according to the proper procedure. All physicians should know that the physical findings are normal in more than 90% of cases and understand why this is so. "
@no1marauder saidThat's rich coming from a democrat 😄
There does not seem to be any bottom IF they think it helps them politically.

No2 ..."We're ready to begin your honor"
Judge..."Very well, present your case"
No2..."We have no evidence, we rest our case"
@J-D saidYou think a victim's statement isn't "evidence"?
If the jury is filled with people like you who will convict without evidence, then yes, by all means, just run.
Flight after indictment is also "evidence" "that the jury should consider in deciding a defendant's guilt or innocence." https://www.lacriminaldefenseattorney.com/legal-dictionary/f/flight/

@J-D saidLMAO!

Defense Lawyer JD: "Your Honor they don't have any evidence."
Judge: "Wait a second, didn't the alleged victim testify under oath in the Grand Jury and is willing to testify again at trial?"
JD: "That's not evidence!"
Judge: "Sit down, idiot".
Of course, this is not to say that this was the only evidence available in this case. We don't know and we never will because the accused, with the help of the mother (who's statement you accept hook, line and sinker) fled to avoid justice (hey you see he was "completely innocent" and that was justified).
@no1marauder saidAny evidence with those cases?
And so are the 90% of child rape victims who show no physical signs of molestation.
Right?
@no1marauder said5 percent of cases are all lies.
LMAO!

You think people don't lie at trial?
You probably think OJ was innocent too? 😄
@no1marauder
The prosecutions case is still filed.
Go look it up for us.
I'm thinking they had nothing but her saying it happened because her father told her to say it.
If he was really guilty, the law would have sent the Marshalls to arrest him.

@J-D said"The sworn testimony of the victim of a sexual assault, including rape, is evidence of the facts asserted. The testifying victim is a witness. We reject the defendant's contention that corroborative, extrinsic, or forensic evidence, or expert or third-party witness testimony, is required to support a conviction of rape or sexual assault where the victim testified as a witness at the trial. Of course such evidence, if properly admitted, may corroborate the victim's testimony, but it is not required to sustain a conviction. Here, the victim testified to facts that constituted each element of the charged offenses. Her testimony, which the jury found to be credible, was sufficient, standing alone, to support a finding beyond a reasonable doubt as to each of the convictions."

The idea that every fleeing felon who crossed State lines was easily captured 40 years ago is an absurd fantasy. My articles did say warrants were issued and some effort made to locate him, but it's a big country and an Ohio jurisdiction's police force can't be expected to search the US for every accused absconder.
@no1marauder
Well her own family is saying she is a liar.
Her father told her to say it happened.
No real evidence other than her saying it happened.
I guess your team will remove this juror 😉
