Wages are determined by supply and demand of labor. No American worker can get more than an employer is willing to pay. If an employer is willing to increase their wage it is because they have to to get a good worker to hire and the supply of labor is lacking.

The only thing that increases wages without a minimum wage is full employment. Outsourcing increases the supply of labor which decreases demand. That makes full employment nearly impossible. It suppresses wages in the USA.

The FRS also raises interest rates before full employment is possible. Suppressing wages is government policy. Wages never keep up with inflation for a reason. Economic slavery is entrenched into the system.
