He was impeached and remained in office.
Trump will be out of office before the senate trial ever starts.
The constitution does not say impeachment of former presidents. You cannot convict a private citizen. You can only convict a president, not a former president.

Get a grip and read the constitution. You don't even live in the USA. What makes you think you understand my country better than I do?

Define impeached. The type of impeachment you are referring to is not binding. You also contradicted yourself. You claimed no congressman was impeached and now you are saying Belknap was.

Belknap was not a civic officer, therefore he cannot be impeached according to the constitution. The impeachment of Belknap was clearly an unconstitutional act.

Blount was impeached by shav definition. By that shav logic that you recently adopted Blount should have set the precedent that senators can be impeached.

For the second time, Belknap wasn't a Congressman but the ex-Secretary of War.

There is only one type of impeachment and the House of Representatives has the sole power to do it under the Constitution. Then the Senate has to "try all impeachments".
