26 votes so far is not a lot, but it is something. All polling only asks a limited percentage of the electorate what they think. So far 85% agree that some improvements can be made.
As a business owner, I will push back a bit on the idea that all clan members need to vote on any decisions the business owner here makes. We are the customers. We can choose to continue to be customer or we can choose not to.
We can vote with our subscription fee every year. When loud customers leave the store screaming - that makes it more inviting for other and increased amounts of customers to come inside. I am pretty sure if we lose a few in the transition, we will more than make up for it on the other side with a more inviting clan system.
Online chess has never been more popular in the world. They are now teaching chess in some the schools in the US. The are multiple chess clubs in my city that have kids there after school and kids and adults every weekend for skittles and tournaments.
Everyone has a mobile.
The customers are out there - let's grow the clan system by moving forward - not looking backwards and making threats if we don't get exactly that we want.

Since when is 26 votes 85% of the Clan Challenge Membership??? That would actually be 20 player plus 6 from another clan if you put them all together not 85% of the Membership of Clan Challenge Players.
Talking about people can leave if they want sounds like a threath actually. I am VERY doubtful we would see very many departures from the Site.
By the way now might be a good time to explain in detail what the new format would look like for the Clan Challenges, my chess friend!!!
Personally I wouldn't want to go to a store when a customer comes out shouting and screaming. They are Certainly very upset about the service they recieved. I wouldn't want anything to do with that Store.

That is the way it appears, it is on 85% of 26 Votes, and don't call me anything you may be having issues with. He is trying to make it look as if it is 85 percent of member ship 85% of 26 votes prove absolutely NOTHING!!!
I for one would like to see improvement only I want to know what those improvements would be first. I hope it isn't what was suggested before!!!!
My fear is some would drop out the Clan Challenges altogether, which would just make things worst not better.
