Like I've said many times nothing but crap comes out of your finger tips when your typing your crap stuff for the forums.
I am a valued player and you are jealous of that I believe. Your higher rated but not as valued as I am, you can't play in a enought matches and I think it is mostly because you are lazy, more so than your rating.

I play all games i am allocated to play. What more can I do than that?
Our clan leader gets the balance about right. We are not machines. We are chess players who want to enjoy the games we play, valuing quality over quantity.

Of course you Clan leader makes the game, do you ask for more? That is what you could do. I've always told my Clan Leader to get me all the games they could, ask any clan leader I've ever had.
Do you think Metallica or Breaking Bad are machines we are not, we are people and hard workers in our clans. It takes a lot of hard work which Bish and Trev are seeing now that they are doing it!!! Kodo's to them both!!!
Both Clan Leaders are new and still learning but doing very well for new Clan Leader in my humble opinion. They both have a lot to learn but that will come with experience.
I don't see where your quality is any better to be quite honest with you, just play less games win less and lose less, it is all there in the paper work. 😉

Being a clan leader shouldn't be hard work. It should require reasonable effort to be competitive. The alternative is the same 2 teams winning every year. - Yawn.
