Each round will consist of two games, one with each colour as far as I know. In the end it doesn't matter who challenges who as long as they stick to the rules (3/7 unless agreed otherwise) so whoever sees the pairing first should feel free to challenge.

I've simply borrowed this idea for our challenge. In addition to having more variance in each round, it also eliminates the issue of alternating colors.

What you should do:
1) Locate your first round opponent in the pairing list above.
2) PM each other to work out who will issue the challenges.
3) Start 2 games with each other, one of each color. Games are 3/7 unless opponents agree to a different time control.
4) PM me the game IDs so I can post links to them in this thread.
Remember the first round usually has the widest gaps in ratings. After round 1 you will play people who have performed similarly.
