Just the thought gives me a headache, even for someone who can sit at the computer for 10 or 12 hours a day that would be hard going!
not something i'll be trying though π΅

Its hard enough doing 2k with reasonable timeframes!
Do you have a sense of how the 2000 peak games broke down by 3 day, 7 day, 21 day timeouts? I presume you didn't have too many 1 days.
If it were 25% / 50% / 25%, then the theoretical equivalent of 1-days would be 500/3 + 1000/7 + 500/21 = 333. Quite a bit. At one point I'd joined 2 HC tournaments, I probably peaked at about 60 of those.
I suppose the record for "most number of active 1-day games" is still open. Anyone want to give it a go? =)

But I would guess the vast majority of games on the site are 3-day and 7-day.
Originally posted by DawgHausI was in two hardcore tournis, had well over 400 - 3 day challenges, about 300 of 7 day challenges and the remainder 21 dayers. I've probably got 150 or so 3 day movers in progress, 170 - 7 day movers and a great many 21 day movers.

I got a surprising number of timeout wins though, people joining up for long tourni's and then just disappearing. Helped a fai bit!
Originally posted by SurtismI believe tournaments with 21 days timeout are not so good for such an enterprise.

I think 3/28 or 7/28 are much better. In this way you can finish your enterprise much quicklier. The long time could be a problem when the tourneys with 21 days will finish next year.
Originally posted by DawgHausIt seems it would be alomost impossible to get 2000 games in progress with 1/0 timouts, simply because the games would finish faster than you could start them.

Originally posted by RopespierreI think the record target for 1/0 games would be a much lower number ... and Surtism is now down to a positively manageable 1277 games!
