I did.
We all become smart asses on here, even Ghost. But he also brings the conversation back to reality. He is more a Child of God than many here who claim to be

i often try to explain the trinity like a candle. the wax we see a lot of Jesus, the fire, bit of a mystery, and the wick we only know a little of, the Father.
Jesus tells us, no one can go to the Father but through Him (Jesus).
The Jews knew about God and His Spirit, being two yet one God. In the Ancient ...[text shortened]... it is a mystery beyond most, if not all. We don't fully understand it, but we have faith in it.
As far as the separation of the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit. it is a mystery beyond most, if not all. We don't fully understand it, but we have faith in it.
Have you considered that the fact that no one can rationally explain it indicates that it's fundamentally unsound and nonsensical?
I can understand that inconsistencies in the Bible compelled some to dream up a way to reconcile them, but c'mon. Wouldn't it make much more sense to acknowledge the fact that the Bible has inconsistencies?

Just because you cannot reconcile what you think with what is written?
Calling something an "inconsistency" just because you don't believe part of it isn't telling the whole truth.
Could someone with more knowledge/experience explain: who is the "by whom" implied in the line "Your will be done"? In other words, is the prayer really saying, "Your will be done by you [God]"--as in, "May you do to/in the world whatever you see fit"? Or is the prayer really saying, "Your will be done by us"--as in, "May we do to/in the world whatever you see fit"?
It is God's will done by God but not unilaterally.
It is God's will done through the cooperation of His people.
This is a helpful verse:
"For it is God who operates in you both the willing and the working for His good pleasure. " (Phil 2:12 RcV)
