Apparently it is possible for someone to purify their hearts and cleanse themselves.

Apparently it is possible for someone to purify their hearts and cleanse themselves.

Of course you need to be the one that repents and confesses your sin, that's what you have to do. God does the cleansing.

However people need to do more that just repent and confess, they must also
NOT CONTINUE ON WITH SIN AND THEY MUST OBEY CHRIST.

How does God wipe off the sin record if you deny His existence, don't acknowledge your sin and refuse to repent?

If you have scripture to support your notion that God forgives the sins of the unrepentant feel free to share it.
Here we are told that unbelievers (who have Gods law written on their hearts) will be judged with everyone else and their thoughts will 'EITHER' accuse or defend them. - If the sins of the unrepentant were unforgivable by God, then why the 'either?'
