I came across a neat little book in the Penguin Great Ideas series--Revelation and the Book of Job in one small handy volume...perfect for the office lavatory...Anyway, I have a new appreciation for St John the Divine, his style..."JC, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead"...Such phrases linger in the mind!
