Yes, because even Satan himself aknowledges God as master of all things created and trembles at the mention of Jesus Christ......
The answer is that Satanists do not believe in Satan or any other Gods as having a form which which we humans have "created" to represent them.
There are forces in the Universe which we choose to define as "Gods".
Satanists do not believe in "god".

Here's a link to a thread at IIDB that I believe will be helpful. In the thread, an official authority in LaVey's Church of Satan enters Internet Infidels as sort of a Satanic PR campaign. He covers a lot of the basics, argues a bit with another Satanist from the Secular Web, and responds to criticism from other members.
