One was 14 at the time.

He did do illegal things.
Accused? Guilty until proven innocent?

Chew on that for a while.

Heh, nice swerve. We both know the context of the discussion was that someone had claimed Roy M. only went after girls of legal age.

If you think people are innocent until proven guilty, then maybe you had better take back what you said about Bill Clinton.

No, the discussion is Roy Moore's guilt.

The legal age aspect is even assuming most of the claims are true. As far as I know there is only one accusation of under age.

The true debate is the idea of presumed guilt if an accusation is made. Do you deny that this happened with Moore?

Will you answer honestly? We will see. I have my doubts.

One accusation underage. That is not enough? Why, if he is such a nice guy, was he banned from a mall? All those false accusations just haunting him?

Yes, and who among us is innocent of that charge?

I agree, we must all be guilty if anyone makes an accusation.

Do you require a conviction in a court of law before you drop your presumption that Harvey Weinstein is innocent?

I don't really have an opinion on Harvey. Try to find a quote of mine concerning that guy.

He seems to have admitted guilt, but I do not find him guilty. I don't go to movies so it really doesn't concern me.

It has been long known that people have sex in exchange for jobs in Hollywood.

It has been long known that politicians abuse their positions of power for sex. Which brings the old joke to mind...

Why do Senators hate book marks? Because they like their pages bent over.

Sexual abuse has been the norm both in Hollywood and DC for at least 50 years probably more like 100 years.

Why the big hooptee do now? Nothing was brought up in Bill Clinton's time.

Perhaps Roy Moore was hoping to use his power and profile in Washington DC to indulge his predilection for minors. But the voters of Alabama thwarted it ~ if that was indeed the case.

That's an interesting threshold for concern.

If people are concerned, take him to court.

I find it odd that anyone would see it otherwise. Yes, I find your position here odd.

I don’t believe I have taken a position on it.

I wonder if there is a statute of limitations on whatever the charge would be.
