I propose to the forum that this thread, the lack of engagement from eternal suffering believers and their inability to unequivocally state what is literal and what isn’t** in Revelation 19, is of itself evidence that the the mentions of hell and eternal suffering are, like the other stuff, metaphorical mechanisms.

**except KellyJay who initially said the stuff in the OP was neither metaphorical nor literal but having realised that was an indefensible position decided to call it all as being “literal”. Whether of not you choose to believe that he really believes this is a matter for the reader, but in doing so he protects his precious eternal suffering doctrine. In his own “heart” [sic] at least.

The challenge is to state what in the OP from Revelation 19 is literal and what is metaphorical.

My first reply, that was just to clear it up for you, as you didn't grasp what I had said.

Are you back peddling and now going to say that some of it is metaphors, or are you sticking with your unequivocal “it’s all literal” stance?
