If god is a member of the set of things that exists. Which is what premise 2 states,
which you agree with. Then the phrase 'everything that exists' includes god.

'Everything that exists' is identifying the set of all things that exist.
You believe that god is a member of the set of all things that exist.

Thus 'everything' in the OP includes god.

Just taking a wild stab in the dark here, but I'm guessing that if something "does not exclude" something else, then it, by definition, "includes" that something else, no?

So how is what GB said "wrong"? You confirm it yourself.

You know, you could well be right...

I'll have to go back over the thread to check but it does rather look like I was
caught reading what I thought he said rather than what he actually said.

My apologies.

Everything is wrong with it.

First, it should be that everything that came to exist has a cause.
Second, God did not come to exist, but always existed.
Third, therefore God was uncaused.

You and I have a very different definition of the word joyful...

Either that or we have very different hearing.

I would love to be able to sing... But I am twice cursed in not only having a
voice box that cannot produce anything resembling a tune, but I am also
able to hear that I can't sing, [unlike certain reality tv show contestants]
and thus cannot happily sing away without offending my own hearing... let
alone anyone else's.
But the song's I sing in my imagination are awesome. 😉

That is very nice of you to say that. But no, I was never a professional singer or dancer, however, I very much enjoy listening to and watching those that are.
