Hey, darv, hope you've been well.

I've been studying (both at school and my faith), and debating at another (real time chat) chess forum.

Hope to be back for some time, though.

Therefore? It's happened to lots of people without prayer. Where's the link?

Sterility in males can be quite easily circumvented with help from the milkman. Is he sure they are his ?

Yes...it is a spiritual battle....but there are many others also.e.g.I was once a heavy gambler for a lengthy period.I don't gamble anymore as i did manage to beat it but there were a lot of mistakes myself and others made trying to help me.A lot of pain and a lot of hurt to myself and others.

There are 1000 non-prayer justifications for this.

And, let me tell you this, it wasn't prayer that begat the
children: it was good, old-fashioned copulation.

So the discussion is along the lines of, before we hit bottom, or why
do we wait to hit bottom, or something along those lines? The struggle
spiritual, physical, and so on while we get it together is what you are
    talking about?

In my opinion, it isn't going to be enough until reality slaps us in the
face. Since we are quite adept at hiding from ourselves our own part
    in the reality we are molding for our lives, and those around us;
for some there is never going to be enough. They never wake up to
face reality, instead it is just their desires, lusts, and pleasures that
matter to them. The truth of their lives are simply masked by what is
holding them in their destructive life patterns.

Of course I may have still missed your point and all of this is off
    topic too. 🙂

That says a mouthful! As you know, I was driven in another direction than you when reality slapped me in the face. Nevertheless—whatever one’s religious or spiritual viewpoint (or non-religious or non-spiritual viewpoint)—trying to be aware of where and how we are “hiding from ourselves” can be a task of constant vigilance. I still catch myself at it (almost daily).

You are able to take the art of exaggeration and manipulation to a new and baffling level. I do not constantly troll your posts. I address your harrassing others. You seldom stay on topic while doing so. You simply hop from one silly question to the next in order to try and make a fool of RBHILL. Check it out.

Stop waving your arms and stop harrassing RBHILL.

The thread's subject is "How much is enough". Your constant harrassing of RBHILL, together with No1marauder and others, is more than annoying and more than enough.

The following is just one of the instances where you insult, degrade and harrass RBHILL:

Nemesio: "I really hope you are sterile, RBHILL. Any kids you would have would be even more screwed up than you."

I would be more than pleased if you would PM the admins of what is going on. I am most willing to explain the situation and my role in it. I am even willing to find and present to the admins more instances where you insult, degrade and harrass RBHILL.

That's good what you have written.
I guess Blindfaith is a good example.Trying to convey what he knows to be true he ends up in a spiritual battle.Even some of those trying to help with good intentions don't seem to get far as it almost ended up himself against earth.
The problem with Blindfaith as i see it is he is simply putting out more information in a short period of time than he is capable of so he becomes an easy target. This can be made to happen and one automatically becomes defensive and THE WORD OF GOD brings on a whole new meaning.
I guess the point i'm trying to make here is like what should we do about it....to stop the confusion. It's different to make a mistake from the Bible as in other ways...I may have confused you a bit as a gambling problem is diff even if they hold some similarities.lol.

In my opinion, and it is just that my opinion.

One of the more difficult things for us to do is 'stop' relax and reflect.
Our minds are addicted to the hustle we find ourselves in, we pump
music into them non-stop, TV images, debates, and on and on. If we
were to just go to a hotel, leave the TV turned off, and try to get alone
with our thoughts, I'd bet many of us would automatically start
climbing the walls just after a little time has passed. Just as someone
who had their drugs taken away there would be a strong desire to
fill quiet, give our minds something to distract us with, a problem to
work out, a sport team to watch, and so on.

Americans I believe have a hard time with the thought of being still
and know He is God, because we have filled our lives with so many
other things, some important, others not so.

You are raising some good points here. One of things i found which helped big time with beating my gambling addiction was playing chess here at rhp.It was a good way to replace my bad habit...sometimes i guess we run away to the wrong places.I guess the rush of choosing a horse can also be similar to playing a sacrifice in chess where it is an estimation of what will happen.lol...in chess you can also back it up with some good moves.
Be still and know that i am God!....cool🙂
