Nonsense. I have high regard for many (most) Christians.

Strange how 'hate' comes so easily to your mind. You do understand the difference between disagreeing and hating, right?
You have regard for liberal Christians who are just another form of atheist.

Again, you conflate disagreement with hate.

You have no problem with societies that kill people for being homosexual?

Of course. What does that have to do with the price of fish?

Just wondering how far your apathy extends.

You equate 'not hating' with apathy? How quaint.

What does John say on this matter?

'Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in the darkness.'

On the debates forum you once infamously revealed that if you lived in a society that executed people for being homosexuals you would not oppose it.

I believe that homosexuality leads to death and is evil.

This guy doesn't.

Lots of activities lead to death and is evil. This passage lists things that God hates and are an abomination to him: I cannot remember seeing another such list in the Bible of things God hates

These six things doth the LORD hate: yea,
seven are an abomination unto him:

A proud look,
a lying tongue,
and hands that shed innocent blood,
An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations,
feet that be swift in running to mischief,
A false witness that speaketh lies,
and he that soweth discord among brethren.
(Proverbs 6:16-19 KJV)

Note:
Lying is listed twice.
Mischief is listed twice
Nothing on sexual immorality

I don't see anything "evil" in homosexuality in and of itself. Homosexuals are just as capable of doing "evil" things as heterosexuals are. I don't see it as having anything to do with their sexual orientation. I would however say that, if your political orientation and/or superstitions, meant you participated in some way (voting, for example) in the judicial murder/execution of homosexuals for being homosexuals - as you have professed support for in public - then that would, to my way of thinking - make you "evil".

Of course you see nothing evil about homosexuality, you reject God's truth.

Leviticus

If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltiness is upon them.

Even if you think it is "evil" in the eyes of a supernatural being and you also believe homosexuals will be punished after they die by this being, then that is one thing - and a matter for your faith and conscience - but any active support you would give to their judicial murder/execution (for their sexual orientation) would, I think, be "evil" on your part, and something altogether different from you merely holding certain sincere opinions about other people's sexual orientation.
