If God is in control how can we have free will. Free will means God has given us his control.

Did God bother asking Mary if she wanted to have Jesus or did God simply force it upon her?
Did God in essence rape Mary by forcing Jesus upon her?
How has Mary's choosing or not choosing advanced your spiritual growth as a believer ?

God makes us who we are for his purpose.
The same with a tree, a mountain, a whale, an ant, and a man.
He makes us who we are for His purpose.
Is that how knowing that Mary had or did not have a choice enhanced your life with Jesus ?
