I would say Rev 21, 5. Behold, I am making everything new.

Paraphrased, I take that to mean: Don't worry, it will all pan out OK in the end!

Questions for believers... Did your deity intend for parasitic twins to be born as regular separated twins? If so, what thwarts His will in such matters? If not, are we violating His will if we surgically remove and discard the parts?
I was born with four limbs too. Two arms and two legs.

Most likely a reincarnation of the goddess Shiva....

😀

Seriously though, has anybody checked?

Yes, but when KellyJay challenged me to flesh out my statement about theist thought for him, I did so with an example involving an automobile.

Can you?

Firstly, God is Spirit. As such, there is no gender involved.

Secondly, the first and second commandments clearly stipulate that we should NOT make ourselves any image of God. That includes m ...[text shortened]... ed, and well-ingrained (but totally inadequate) picture of God.

And I seem to have succeeded!
If God is truly genderless, then why not use "it" as the pronoun?

Perhaps you are afraid of dehumanizing it?

A god that isn't like us is a god that is of no interest to us.

Your book informs you in Genesis 5:2, "Male and female created He them."

But as you know, it isn't always that clear-cut. Take a look at this Wikipedia article when time permits.

Can you get the Lord to tell you His reason for anorchia, just to pick one example from that link?

Nope, not saying that God has male genitalia, but it does show God relates
to us as a male instead of a black woman as you joked about. It isn't the
physical genitalia male or female that is going to have anything to do with
God, since God is Spirit. When the Word of God became flesh He did come
to us as a male, yes!

The image of God does indeed have male and female attributes since He
cares for us in ways as both fathers and mothers do. The fact that Jesus
gave us a male description was enough for me to leave it that way, instead
of trying to be cute about it. Had Jesus called God the Mother of life that too
would have been enough to leave it female had He only used female to
describe God to us, but He did not.

No, I don't think so.

It may be more effective if he gets somebody to write that explanation in wikipedia, to be enlightening to all and not only me!

KJ, will God be in heaven? (Sorry for the stupid question, pls humor me!)

Will there be male and female in heaven?

When does heaven start?

I don't think this issue should be pushed to its limits and doctrinally defined. All I am trying to say is let's not get hung up on gender. Yes, the Bible uses the pronouns that it does (in preference to the "it" suggested by BDP) But that is merely due to the limitations of our language and concepts. I don't make a big issue of it. From now on, in this forum, I will be very happy to stay with Him and He.

Yes to your question, but my answer to what Heaven is, is where God is.
No idea about male or female in Heaven, odds are yes, but not for
procreation, at least between humans.

Thank you for your honesty.

One of the oddities of being a believer in a "personal" deity is that the believer admits, when push comes to shove, that his or her deity doesn't communicate personally; yet in the eternal afterlife, the deity is going to change His stripes and become very friendly.

But if it is already there in the fetal stage, and you classify it as a perversion, who gets the blame for it?

The instigator of sin in humans, namely, Satan.
