7th days are not polytheistic and base all their beliefs on what
the Bible says, they don't have new written works like the Book

Christians who believe Sunday is the Sabbath are simply confused about their own beliefs. Sunday is the Lord's day, the day of the resurrection.

That's not what polytheism means. Polytheism is worshipping more than one god, not having more than one scripture.

I heard that the Mormon belief is something to do with Jesus being, not dead for three days, but in America.

I know what polythesim means, and the Mormons are polythestic.
In their belief system the universe has several gods that are
procreating spirit children, I believe Elohim is this planet's god
according to them.

The notion that Sunday is the day of the resurrection, and thus has special significance for Christians, is rooted in tradition. It certainly is not an idea based on the Bible.

Of course, my preferred activity on Sunday morning concerns a hand-tied fly (such as seen in my avatar), a long rod, and a body of water--with either my waders and boots, or my kick boat and oars. This is my tradition, and tradition matters.
