Rookie54, do you feel that I have mocked or belittled your contributions to this Forum?

If I have ever mocked or belittled your posts, would you forgive me?
I don't think I have.

Maybe twice I recall making a whimsical post here that was not meant to hurt anyone. One time I pretended a robot made a comment. I recall nothing belittling and mocking Hinduism, Buddhism or Taoism here. Am I wrong?
Why are you bringing that into this thread? Your misrepresentations and belittlement was in relation to religions, such as Hinduism or Islam where you have incorrectly trivialised their core beliefs in order to elevate your own.

@Ghost-of-a-Duke
I have every right to ask one of our most enthusiastic quoters of Eastern sacred text whether she thinks I have belittled or mocked them.

Why not just wait to see what Rookie54's answer is?

Rookie isn't a she. And no one has said you have mocked individuals. You prefer to generalise your mocking.

God can be realized through all paths. All religions are true. The important thing is to reach the roof. You can reach it by stone stairs or by wooden stairs or by bamboo steps or by a rope. You can also climb up by a bamboo pole.

Well, do you agree with Ramakrishna?
Or does your atheism make you not go along with him on this?

@rookie54

So you don't agree with Ghost of a Duke that I generally mock and belittle Hinduism on this Spirituality Forum?

Just to be clear.

@rookie54

I did not say you had to like me or agree with my theology.
I just ask if I mock or belittle Hinduism.
My impression seems to be that that is a negative.

If you want to drop the issue. That's ok.

Most important is that we respect each other and learn from each other those things that will enrich our own practice. Ever if all the systems are separate, since they each have the same goal, the study of each other is helpful.

all religions are true

this makes me smile, then giggle, then laugh out loud
because the polar opposite is also true

@rookie54
Islam says God has no son and Judas was crucified instead of Jesus.
Christianity teaches that Jesus is only begotten Son of God and was crucified.

They cannot both be true.
On this point either they are both not true.
Or one is true and the other is not.
