How about a sticky thread in which there is a list of ideas already scheduled to be undertaken?

The point would be as sson as I know that a certain suggestion is already in the queue I don't Need to put it on the table again.

Is there a list of proposals under consideration (just so future proposers know what not to propose again)? Whether or not they will ever be implemented.
