They do mention resveratrol, saying it is present in too low a dose in any case whether or not the stuff is healthful, in wines.

Your study says it did not look at people who specifically take resveratrol supplements so this is probably not the final word since it has been shown the natural concentration in red wine is very low so to get an alleged benefit you would have to take a concentrated tincture so that has yet to be decided.

When I first heard about resveratrol I went out and got my favorite wine, a French Beaujolais, Louis Jadot, which I have drunk for years.

I never put a lot of credence in such reports but it was a good excuse to get a magnum of my favorite wine🙂
