my first part is an expression of disgust or comfort.
my second part is a certain digit.
my last part is a reason.
my whole is of a method of personal displacement.

also,
an 11-letter triple-bookend word with the letters "ergro" in the middle; i can't describe the whole without giving it away.

i'll leave these up until epiphany (in case anyone has holiday breaks but would like to try) unless someone gets them sooner.

My first part is an abbreviated unit of heat or energy;
My second part is my third part;
My third is the periodic symbol for Argon
And my whole is chronilogical in order. 😛

cal (for "calorie" ) + end + Ar = calendar, which is definitely chronological in order.

the first took me a little while to find the right unit. 🙂

My first part is easy
If you know Kangeroos,
My second and third
Is me, me and you,
My fourth is first
My fifth is to tear,
My whole runs forever
Solve this if you dare,
And just one last clue
To this puzzle I bring,
German am I
Who discovered this thing.

i was disappointed that no one tried these.
the first involves a homonym.
the answer to #1 is derived as follows:
expression of disgust or comfort is aw.
a certain digit is toe.
a reason is motive.
the whole, "of a method fo personal displacement", is automotive.

the answer to #2 is underground.
now you know what a "bookend" word is.

try this one:
my first and second are transcendantal in nature.
my third might be found in a computer or football stadium.
my last is part of a coordinate system, or maybe a one-word inquiry.
my whole is associated with the roman numeral xii.
