1. Qf8+! Kxf8
2. Rxf7+ Kg8
3. Rf8#
or:
1. Qf8+! Kxf8
2. Rxf7+ Ke8
3. Rf8+ Ke7/Kd7
4. R(f2)f7#

This is incorrect. For example gxf5 isn't forced. Black can simply do nothing and there is no mate. After all the first move is wrong.
