Can you write in a clear, understandable way? I just don't think that this is a forced mate. Because, according to what I found and to the answers, there is something better.

EDIT: okay, after Rf7 black can play Rh7 Rd7 Qxd7 Rxd7, but thats still an easy win for white.
There were a couple notation mistakes. Black's Rf7 should have been Rf8, and Kxg6 should have been Kxh6.
Also, Fritz points out after 1.Qb3+ Kh7 2.Qf7 Qe8! is a more stubborn defense.

That's exactly what I was looking for. The only refutation is after Rd8+ go Kh7, but then white is a queen up and that's a win also.
