new ones)? i mean, we all know simple ones, like "hot date"-> "the toad", but
can someone come up with some to beat "miss theoretical scientist"-> "this smart
testicle is on ice"? or can you do better with a historical figure than
"klemens von metternich"-> ...[text shortened]... ople who have been playing me lately have discovered my tendency to do this to
their names 🙂 .
can you do one with my full name? its Daniel Seymour-Blackburn

by (literal) definition, "anagram" means "a rearrangement of letters in a word or phrase giving a word or phrase with the same meaning." some of the preceding are anagrams by this definition, though some are what i call "humorous anagrams" ('mother in law' -> 'woman hitler'&quot😉.
if you rearrange the letters and it produces an _opposite_ meaning, the proper term for this is "antigram".
if it's simply a rearrangement having no bearing on the phrase, it's a "transpose".

my favorate transposes are:
"President Clinton of the USA -> To copulate he finds interns"
and "Saint Paul -> Is a nut, pal!"
