Really? Is that how you respond? His rating has nothing to do with his statistics. It is only a person of low moral character who goes after the individual rather than what they say.

You refuse to address the issue. You cheat, it's obvious.

If Zygalski wants to, I would suggest comparing TheBigKat's rates to RECUVIC. RECUVIC is active on this site and he is a GM. I think that would be very eye opening. Although, the CC stats prior to computers is eye opening enough.

Well, if I'm wrong I'll freely admit it. I've heard from players that I trust (or at least think I should be able to trust) that he is. Although, we all know what internet personalities can bring. Not to mention that RECUVIC told me that he/she is a GM too, but then again....

I'll look at your forum thread then. Thx.

EDIT: Just forget my previous post. Apparently, no one can be trusted. You'd think I'd know that by now....

Thx to Data Fly/Fat Lady to alerting me to this. 🙂

This would be a great final post for this thread.

Everyone can just go play chess with those they like, avoid those they don't like when they can, and make an individual choice about how they want to handle games when they are paired against those they would prefer to avoid.

There is only one active player on the site I would prefer to avoid, and (of course) we have ended up in the same RHP Championship section two years in a row! Not my favorite thing, but we both survived it with a modicum of decorum.

I suspect you would love that to be true.

Have you anything to say about why your matchup rates are so high compared to the world champion and other much more notable players than yourself? I mean seriously, are you really that far gone to at least not offer a legitimate response or come clean?

Perhaps an admission to Genetic Modification. But at least an explanation as to why the majority of the first page rarely dip their toes into the forums.

From the best chess player from a pool of 14,000 odd this really is a rather embarrassing comeback and shows a lack of understanding of how the batch analysis is done. It's been explained so many time now that even I understand it.

Still waiting MrBigKat. Unfortunately, just as you have done in past messages prior to this forum, you keep dodging and deflecting and defaming your accusers. Out of all of your many posts, you still have not offered up anything to explain away even a fraction of the allegations against you. Why not just come clean? You will feel better for knowing you did the right thing. Start over playing chess the honest way. Winning honestly is more rewarding than winning, knowing that you really cannot take credit for your victories.

We are a forgiving society. C'mon man, you can do it! 🙂

Ok I have a new theory here.

Its a bit out there but will get TheBigKat off the hook.

Maybe he has agoraphobia and is afraid of going outside. And with all his genius he could never play in a otb tournament for fear of living the house. In clothes no less.

Gosh it must be hard to have relationships with a condition such as that.

The elite chess players of the world would just hate him for being so much better.

It is a shame what terrible disease I hear.

I think you must be confusing 100% T1 match for a single game as opposed to a batch of 20 typically with 600-800 non-database analysed moves.
I've got a few 100% T1 matches, eg this game from way back:
Game 3452196

Result:
White: jh4
Top 1 Match: 18/30 (60,0% )
Top 2 Match: 23/30 (76,6% )
Top 3 Match: 25/30 (83,3% )

Black: fischerov
Top 1 Match: 30/30 (100,0% )
Top 2 Match: 30/30 (100,0% )
Top 3 Match: 30/30 (100,0% )

But the tournament batch resulted in:

fischerov (8 games)
Top 1 Match: 160/203 (78,8% )
Top 2 Match: 183/203 (90,1% )
Top 3 Match: 188/203 (92,6% )

100% T1 for a batch is unheard of, as far as I know.

An idiot over on chess.com got the highest 20 game match rate I've seen when his then latest games vs other 2200+ rateds were analysed:

{ amingo (Games: 20) }
{ Top 1 Match: 543/711 ( 76.4% ) Opponents: 422/709 ( 59.5% )
{ Top 2 Match: 632/711 ( 88.9% ) Opponents: 550/709 ( 77.6% )
{ Top 3 Match: 680/711 ( 95.6% ) Opponents: 607/709 ( 85.6% )
{ Top 4 Match: 692/711 ( 97.3% ) Opponents: 644/709 ( 90.8% )

with the highest single game match rate being:
{ White: amingo }
{ Top 1 Match: 20/23 ( 87.0% )
{ Top 2 Match: 21/23 ( 91.3% )
{ Top 3 Match: 21/23 ( 91.3% )
{ Top 4 Match: 21/23 ( 91.3% )

Long time #1 Weyerstrass was analysed a few months prior to getting his ban here & his results were:

Weyerstrass (20 games)
Top 1 Match: 438/673 (65,1% )
Top 2 Match: 559/673 (83,1% )
Top 3 Match: 612/673 (91,0% )

with the highest single game match rate being
Game 1131394

Result:
White: Weyerstrass
Top 1 Match: 16/21 (76,2% )
Top 2 Match: 19/21 (90,5% )
Top 3 Match: 19/21 (90,5% )

Black: BlackBuck (banned engine)
Top 1 Match: 11/21 (52,4% )
Top 2 Match: 16/21 (76,2% )
Top 3 Match: 19/21 (90,5% )

Hope that gives you better perspective on the batch vs single game match rates.
