I'm sick of it. Unless your new to chess or a patzer then your excused. If you do not want to be timed out on a game then play 21 days per move and 21 days timbank. Period!

I play at another site that puts me on holiday if I am down to a few hours. I never time out there. Everywhere else, it happens when I get busy with life and fail to log in and move. Crying about it, on the other hand, is senseless.

Guess they were too busy learning spelling and grammar!
You're, not "your" was needed in these cases.

If we're being pedantic then saying "period" after a period is also superfluous, unless of course you're going for emphasis, in which case an exclaimation mark will suffice 😉.

i am glad this is a chess site, not a grameer or spealing competition, if they were better at maths they might know how many hours there is in 3 days? its 72. loads of time to save skull, and the money saved on tissues, could go towards a sub, only 7p a day, play unlimited games to lose on the clock more tissues its a catch 22. 😀

Thanks for the grammar lesson. Is the following sentence grammatically correct? You suck.

Speaking of spelling and grammar...

It should be "QueenNabber". 😉

Thanks for that C J Horse, hunterknox, roma45 and SwissGambit. If queennabber spent less time checking peoples grammar, maybe he/she/it could get a job and purchase a subscription to help support the site. 😉

Unless you call them full stops of course
in which case "period" is not superfluous.

Possibly "QueenNabber" would be more logical but my moniker is a homage to Bronstein and Mr B S Queenabber, his final "opponent" in the brilliant book, "200 Open Games". The game/analysis is a lovely piece of whimsy.

logical, but ...

an homage ...

That's the problem with correcting people. It always backfires.
It's better to just have a little understanding and not be rude.
