I was taught to play like this. (for black)

1. g4 d5
2. Bg2 Bxg4
3. c4 d4
4. Bxb7 Nd7
5. Bxa8 Qxa8
6. f3....(Nf3 fails to d3)

After that black is down an exchange but is compensated for it by having 3 pieces developed and white's crappy pawns make for nice targets.

Resurrecting this thread just reminds me of Korch and others who don't post too much anymore. 🙁
