There a few annoying pins and forks that White needs to keep an eye on.

If I was White I think I'd try to simplify at the cost of a pawn, e.g. (and this is very much "e.g.", not a forced continuation!):
1. f5 Qb7
2. Rf1 Nxe4
3. Nxe4 Qxe4
4. fxg6 hxg6
5. Nf3 Bxb2
6. Qxb2

Ndf5 looks interesting
