It means your opponent has offered you a draw.
You either accept the draw offer(there's a button to click to do this) or make a move.
If you make a move the draw offer will be ignored

I love to see that purple "my decision" icon, it's my favourite colour. I wish people would offer me draws more often. 🫠

Just did a quick search and saw NoFriendsPete has 2236 draws.... wow just consider all the fun he had looking at all those purple buttons to click..
